• Processing Time: Wreaths: Each wreath is made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your item is shipped. Ornaments and Bowl Fillers: Unless specified, all other items ship within 1-3 working days.

• Shipping Time: Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

• Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
